Are they leatherman's? No they're not Don't expect them to be for $27. But they get the job done, plus if I lose them at work, I'm not losing $100 tool. You can almost buy four of these for the same price as a leatherman. And if I'm going to be honest? They do the job. They fold out quick and they fold up pretty smoothly. You're not going to have any problems with these.

The shears are as good of quality as I have found in the generic category. The holster, however, is a non starter. It is a nice looking invitation to buy another shear because this one will get lost. There are other, better choices of the same item with a much better, specifically designed sheath that allows carry in the open and closed position.

I've seen lots of reviews before I bought this. I compared it to one of my co-workers Raptor. It fits in the Leatherman Raptor holder w/o issues. So, if you want to replace the nylon case you can, The nylon case it comes with could be better but it works. Accidental dropping is possible, just be aware so you don't loose it (I almost did on my first call using it). I haven't done the "Penny cutting" test, don't need them to cut metal. The clothing, 4x4's and CLING I have cut, it does nicely. Head-to-head, the ONLY difference besides the "price" (Raptors are over $75, these shears are $30-$35) is the seatbelt cutter. The Raptor version locks in place and is a push button release. In this "generic" Raptor, the seatbelt cutter does NOT lock in place. All other features O2 wrench works fine, ring cutter works great. Have not used the window punch. I really like this product and have not seen any "rusting" like other people have complained about. I'll update if I find any changes.

Just buy it. It's badass and very nice quality. I rarely can give 5 stars but this was a solid 4.9. Only ding I'd give it the case which I'll toss in the trash because the shears have a nice stainless steel belt clip. I might buy a second to clip on my jeep visor. Built in Seatbelt hook cutter, ring (wire) cutterand window breaker are beautifully integraded.

If you're in EMS or fire, these take up very little space but work fine.

I liked it enough to order another. Sharp amp; versatile. Good to have with first aid kit.

Top notch product. I've cut through all sorts of clothing and garments like butter with these. The seat belt ripper works very well and the glass breaker does the job on vehicle windows.
