Mission: Chester County Futures provides comprehensive academic support, mentoring and scholarships for motivated economically disadvantaged youth to succeed in school, higher education and life. Every child in Chester County will be prepared for and have access to the education and supports needed to become a self-reliant, productive member of society.

Results: Major Achievements over the past two years include:
•Continued 100% graduation rate of students completing the Passport to College program
•Over 92% of students enroll in post-secondary education immediately following high school graduation
•100% of students advance to the next grade level on time
•100% of students are equipped with the appropriate technology
•Grade point average of total student population was 82%
•100% of students participate in at least one community volunteerism project
•100% of student participate in career and post-secondary exploration
•Since 1996, Futures has served over 900 students
•Since 2012, we have graduated over 165 low income high school students on time
