Results: Communities in Schools of Hampton Roads Successes:Some notable accomplishments for the 2021-2022 school year include-* 87% improvement in academics* 78% improvement in attendance * 85% improvement in behavior* 79% of students that received targeted and sustained services graduated* Communities In Schools of Hampton Roads provided whole school services for 14,342 students and individualized case management services to 1,253 students. * Communities In Schools of Hampton Roads operated in 21 different Elementary, Middle, and High Schools throughout Chesapeake, Hampton, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Programs: Providing a trained, trusted adult in the school to coordinate student supports and encourage students facing barriers to complete their formal education to graduate on time with a solidified academic or career plan ultimately leading those students to become self-sufficient, successful and contributing members of the community; over 14,300 students were served in the 2021-2022 school year.
