The only negative , the knob the factory send is way too big , If you have the skill ,Set that knob aside and think backward , replace the nut on the bottom by a bolt about 1/2 “ long , around 6 mm or correspondent in SAE in diameter .Put a dab of glue to keep it in place. , Get a 6 “ flat bar of steel preferably , drill and tap a thread the same size of your bolt . Clean up the metal shaving , paint a vivid color so you will find it easy to find ( we never misplace anything)Check photos

I modified it for my needs , I shorten the bolt , could have bought a shorter one , replaced the large wing nut by a flat bar I threaded it reason I want a low profile unit with fast access drawer type .Dado could be store there too you need to replace the bolt with a longer one , in my case loose too much space , beside dado is a type of blade I seldom use

This holds saw blades very well, however the knob that comes with it has to long of a threaded portion (sticks out the back) and the knob itself is very tall. I am replacing that knob with a flatter thumbscrew and using these in a blade storage rack where they act as 'drawers'

It'll keep me from slicing myself on saw blades. But it will only hold 2-3 blades securely

Easily holds 2, barely holds 3.

Nice saw blade holder for storage. It can hold three 10 blades. Like other reviewers stated use some kind of spacer in between the blades like old cds or in my case I had some large plastic washers.
