Haven't used them yet. But by the freshness of all the other beans I've bought from Azure, I'm sure they'll be great.

These beans had no dirt or debris and very few broken pieces. They cooked up beautifully and tasted great. They are much harder to find in grocery stores--canned or dry--than other white beans such as great northern or navy beans.

Azure's cannellini beans are the best! They are nice and white, rarely do I see a broken bean. The cook up plump and create a beautiful, thick broth.

Have not used them yet. Dried beans are dried beans; however, they were packaged well and a fair amount for the $.

I am very happy to find these beans at Azure, because they are much harder to find in stores than Great Northern or Navy Beans. The beans are whole, not broken, and look very fresh.

I appreciate that these beans are organic, and the price was excellent. I have used different beans from Azure, and they have excellent flavor. The pricing is less than other online beans and the quality is excellent. These Cannellini Beans have a nice mild flavor.

Great value for this huge bag of Cannellini beans. This is my favorite bean and I can't find them dry anywhere, only canned. I love that Azure has this large bag of dry beans so I have the option to can/process them myself making it much more affordable.
