This is the basic kit only. I have this. I've used it for years and love it. It works great to put gear oil in differentials and transfer cases. However, if you want this to fill a transmission, there are many makes out there these days that require special fittings to access their transmissions. Every mechanic knows that special tools are often needed because manufacturers love to make things that way. Assenmacher Specialty Tools (They have a web site) makes a number of adapters for use with this to fit various makes and models. If you need a special adapter for your vehicle then you will need to order that separately.
