Good taste -this is not instant rice . It takes 40 minutes till done . Higher in fiber than most rice and has quercetin thus the red color as anti inflammatory .

I put this in a rice cooker with extra water and let it cook for an hour then manually turn it off. It needs the extra water and extra cooking time. I don't soak before hand so that might make a difference in the extra long needed cooking time. Other than that , I like this rice instead of meat

Es m preferido entre las variedades de arroz. Bueno para bajar colesterol. Tiene fibra y minerales. Ya deje de comer arroz blanco ya que no tiene ni nutrientes, ni sabor. Empec con arroz negro( delicioso) y ahora con el rojo. Sabroso y saludable. Viene en un paquete bastante grande para todo el mes.
