Tasty. Difficult to mix. Directions say to use mixer. This was a mistake as the sticky mass of dough rode up the stem of the paddles and wouldn't actually mix. I had to spend some time pulling all that mess off the mixer and then mixing it with a sturdy wooden spoon. The bread turned out very good. I like it. But it's awfully expensive.
