It is really hard to find organic whole wheat bread flour. I thought I would have a hard time getting through a bad this big but the bread is so good, I have already used one and ordered another.

This flour is great for pancakes, waffles, and muffins. My kids cant taste a difference. However, the flour doesnt work as well in yeasted doughs. The dough is very dense and has a strong wheat flavor.
