Amy's soups were created to provide satisfying, nourishing, easy-to-prepare meals all from one can. Amy's delicious mushroom bisque can be heated and served as soup, in a risotto, or you might fancy combining it with other ingredients to create your own fabulous meal. Using organic vegetable, dairy, and spices, this product is also gluten free. As with everything they make, this item is also completely free of GMOs.
Rachael and Andy Berliner started Amy's Kitchen in 1987 when they developed a frozen vegetarian pot pie in their kitchen in Petaluma, California. They're fortunate to be located in one of the world's premier growing regions, so they can source most of their vegetables within 200 miles of their headquarters. All their ingredients are GMO free.

This has more flavor than the Pacific Brand of mushroom soup and is still healthy. I use the soup as a sauce to stretch other ingredients. This is a single serving and you don't add a can of milk to it so it is fairly expensive to use on a regular basis. The addition of rice to the ingredients is an inexpensive way to add weight to the can. I would like to see Azure go back to the original 16oz. standard instead of reducing the oz., charging more, and changing the containers' shapes, they are raised in the bottom to deceive buyers. Recipes called for a standard weight and measure and we can't follow those standards anymore because of the deception in the food industry.
