This is a hard soup to find in stock anywhere, and when you find it, it is usually outrageously over-priced. At Azur it is in stock and a great price. We usually add a cup of cooked rice and a half-cup of frozen peas to a can, sometimes cooked carrots as well. The soup is really only broth, but it is so good-tasting that it is worth building your own soup around it.
