To be honest, I had no hopes of this taking PPF off of a 2003 Ferrari CS and I was right. Not sure if it was me or the wheel but I was able to make no progress with this. Even if it had lifted the PPF I was terrified of what it might do to the paint if it got there. 3M adhesive remover and plastic razor blades finally won the battle and without risking the paint.

Don’t waste your time. Just get this. I had tape over my trunk for 2.5 years and it got stuck on there. Pressure washer, products, and scrubbing didn’t work. This wheel took it all off in 5 mins.

Wheel is ok for very small jobs. Not good for large, baked on Rv decals. Wheel heats up fast. Think the cheap 8-$10 wheels would work just had well. Had to use graphxoff to remove decals.

Based on some videos, I purchased this product to remove adhesive left on my car from removing an old clear bra. So far, it does work to remove the adhesive once the film is pealed off. Doesn't work as well on the film itself, and I've used this wheel on a plastic bumper part, as well as, a metal hood with no "burn" issues. Since this is the first eraser wheel I've used, I have no comparison info on how it competes with other products. Seems a bit pricy at $40, and one wheel hopefully will complete my bumper and front hood. So far, I would recommend this product.

This works excellent as long as your drill is on SLOW. It leaves a burn mark if the drill is on high speed. I used it to remove decal stripes off my 14 year old boat and it did the job easily. Highly recommend.

I purchased the 3M wheel to remove decals and emblems off my GMC truck. I used my Ryobi 18 volt drill with the wheel and it worked perfect. I then did a quick polish and I can't tell anything was there at all. I would use this product again.

This is an expensive item, but it saved me many hours of work. I used this wheel to remove the residual glue and foam left behind from removing my boat keel guard. It worked great and only used about 1/3 of the wheel.
