I bought the soft white, hard white and some hard red. The Palouse brand is incredibly good quality. Just following a simple recipe. This stuff comes out smelling so darn good you can't get the butter on it fast enough lol incredible taste and smell throughout the whole house drives you nuts and till you can get that first bite in your mouth. Excellent for long-term storage and a 25 pound bag fits perfect into a 5 gallon bucket while still in the bag. Just throw some oxygen absorbers right on top and close her up. This bread explodes with flavor just saying.

These wheat berries are a great product. Ground really well for some fine light fresh flour. Use in a cake recipe and no problem with it rising beautifully. Have bought several types of whole grain and the quality has been consistent
