4010T Series Surface Mounted Closers
The 4010T is LCN's best performing heavy duty closer designed specifically for institutional and other rugged high traffic applications.
The 4010, 4020 and 4110 Series are heavy-duty closers that meet demands for high-traffic installations and each are designed specifically for unique mounting applications. They are UL and cUL listed, meet ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standards and boast 30-year warranties. They feature a standard plastic cover, with optional plated finishes for the cover, arm and fasteners. They also feature the LCN Green Dial spring force indicator, which takes the guesswork out of adjustment.
- The 4010 Series mounts hinge pull side.
- Sized cylinders for interior doors to 5'0" and exterior doors to 4'0".
- Non-sized cylinder (4011) adjustable for interior doors to 4'6" and exterior doors to 3'6".
- Closer mounts hinge side, specify right or left swinging door.
- Corner brackets available. See Options tab for options.
- 4011 cylinder meets ADA requirements.
- Standard or optional custom powder coat finish.
- Optional plated finish on metal cover, arm and fasteners.
- Optional SRI primer for installations in corrosive conditions is available with powder coat only.
- The 4010 Series is UL and cUL listed with regular or fusible link arms for self-closing doors.
- Tested and certified under ANSI Standard A156.4, grade one.

So far so good. Easy to install and with the three adjustments it works great. Heavy steel outside door is no longer slamming. Commerical building with roughly 25 people.

This item is very good quality and comes with everything you would need. The installation instructions are not very good as of 2/12/2024 purchase. I had to email the technical support and they let me know that they in the middle of creating a much better instruction manual. I did however finally figure it out on my own. I don't think the person I emailed was a mechanical person. This is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars because of the poor install instruction and help I received. The opener works very well and has lots of adjustments so you can fine tune the closing of the door. Knowing this gets installed now, I would definitely buy this one again.

Once I figured out how to install it properly, it was a cinch. Love that it finally came with the wrench for adjustments amp; it's all the same size now to work with the wrench.

I'm here apologizing my late correcting feedback, for my forgot; when I first ordered this product, a wrong part arrived,but after I left a complaint online, the seller contacted me immediately offering technical help, and he also sent me another one which works much better ---to better describe,works perfectly!
