Mission: iACT seeks to aid, empower, and provide hope to those affected by mass atrocities. We encourage individuals within communities, institutions, and governments to take personal responsibility to act on behalf of those affected by genocide, mass atrocities, and crimes against humanity.
iACT is a global team dedicated to putting a face on the numbers of dead, dying, and displaced while creating mutually enriching relationships between those in danger and those willing and able to act, fostering a new culture of participation.
Target demographics: Refugees and those affected by mass atrocities.
Direct beneficiaries per year: Over 7,000 children in Refugees United Soccer Academies, over 2,000 children ages 3-5 in Little Ripples preschools, and 165 refugee men and women employed.

Programs: Refugee-led sports, education and human rights programs. The Refugees United Soccer Academy is a place for refugee girls and boys ages 6 to 13 to learn about teamwork, leadership, and peacebuilding, all while improving soccer skills. Little Ripples is an innovative, early childhood education program that trains and employs refugee women to support the social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children ages 3 to 5 through play-based learning. LEAD with EMPATHY is a peer-taught leadership development curriculum designed to strengthen the capacity and confidence of refugee men and women.
