  • Can I cancel my custom order?

    You can cancel your order before we produce it. No changes can be made to an order once the proof has been approved and the production process has begun. There are two ways to cancel your order:

    1. If your order status has NOT been changed to "processed", you can cancel your order by visiting order history.



    Click the button Cancel Item. By selecting the items you would like to cancel with reasons, click Continue. Then you can cancel the order successfully.






    2. If your order status has been changed to "processed", normally you can NOT cancel the order by yourself. You can contact us to confirm if you can cancel the order. Cancellation request of custom orders should be made before production.
