Mission: Mission Builders assist long-term missionaries in practical ways from strategic planning, to facility and ministry development services. MBI recruits and matches volunteers with the needs of those serving the poor and needy to bring about growth and positive change to the conditions affecting individuals, groups, communities and regions within a nation.
Results: Since 1996, thousands of mission builder volunteers have served in hundreds of YWAM operating locations in over 100 nations. Each year, the number of volunteers and the number of locations served around the world grows.

Programs: Recruiting short-term volunteers, matching them with global ministry opportunities within YWAM. MBI volunteers serve 'so that others may thrive' in front-line missions. Leadership 13 - Our MBI consultants partner with YWAM ministry teams to strengthen and enhance vision, values and calling to thrive in ministry. Debriefing - One week debriefing ministry time to help YWAM missionaries process times of stress, grief/loss, transition, and injustice. A time of filtering their circumstances through Scripture, debriefees are able to process, learn and move toward healing in Christ. Biblical Financial Coaching - program offers practical training and resources to missionaries be 'good and faithful stewards' of what God has given them. LIFT - Seminars offered to YWAM North America leaders so they can strategically address legal, immigration, financial and tactical/risk areas. Partner Architects - Ministries are often crippled by their own facilities. We partner with ministries to create spaces/places that extend the reach of the gospel.
