Great height level for cooking at standard 36 counter when I'm winded. Sturdy and nice looking, nice lines. I assembled myself, on oxygen, in 15 mins max. Line up the corners right and everything's fine.

I searched high and low for a counter-height stool like the one in my kitchen to no avail. So I took a chance on this one. So glad I did! It's the perfect height for my bathroom counter, and it goes well with my “farmhouse-glam” bathroom! I chose black. It seemed to go together easily (my husband assembled it). It's sturdy; I feel very secure on it. And it's comfortable with the slightly curved seat and foot rail. It doesn't take up a lot of space, which was important to me, as it could stick out into the passageway if it was too big. And the price was reasonable, unlike many others. I like it so much that I trudged upstairs to take a photo! The stool is a true black; the cabinets are “dusk.”

Great value! Mostly easy to put together - does take some elbow grease. Love these in our farmhouse kitchen at the island. They fit perfectly under the counter. Compared to similar stools in furniture stores, these are a bargain! I'm very pleased.

There was a problem with two of the support bars on one of the stools I ordered. It was a flaw in the wood itself not the construction. The company quickly replaced those parts. I would order again. They are solid stools.

Easy to put together, great stool. Got the walnut color and it's beautiful. For everyone that had issues putting together, you just have to read instructions correctly and be able to follow them.. I could see how it could be messed up easily if read wrong. I also followed instructions and didn't tighten bolts until it was all together. And tightened up very well and is holding nicely. Very sturdy!! Just what I was looking for to use while doing dishes and cooking since my back had started giving me trouble making it hard to stand. Love it, great price point for what you get, and will purchase more in the future. If you're on the edge, buy them!!!. You won't regret it!!

I felt it worked better for me to mark each part prior to assembly so I didn't need to jump around in the instructions. That being said, it was easy to put together as long as you paid attention to detail. (There are a lot of slight angles). Comes with Allen wrench needed to assemble. No other tools or glue needed. This is not coming apart.

I needed a single stool for my newly put together sewing area. I converted the closet that used to hold the washer and dryer into a small sewing center. I can close the louvered doors and hide the project mess. This saddle seat stook works great for me! It is very sturdy, solid, easy to put together and it slides easily under the fold up counter top. Truly a win-win. The price difference for the black finish vs the dark brown was significant, so this spring, I'll paint it black so I can pull it out and use it on the kitchen when needed. Certainly glad I have this stool!
