Giving someone an allen/hex wrench to torque the screws is a bad idea.

Added an overhang on one side of the counter when we redid our kitchen. This gave us a lot more countertop space and an area to sit at the counter. Issue was the height was standard countertop height instead of bar height. These worked perfectly for us and the lower height. Easy to assemble an very sturdy. Had 2 small issues out of the 4 I ordered and manufacture was quick to send replacement parts. Very happy with this purchase.

leg on stool came damaged, could not screw in , hole was in very end oleg and screw was not able to go in ,

Strong and solid, like how it's curve to your body, it does need a cushion because it does get hard after a while sitting on it.

Very good-looking furniture, and mostly easy to assemble. But some of the tenons did not fit in their holes, so I had to drill out a couple of the holes. No problem unless you don't have an electric drill...

They were nice after getting them put together I had to use my power tool to put them together the little Allen wrench it came with would have taken a long time to put together with it I had 4 to put together

I didn't enjoy assembling the stools, primarily because the Allen wrench tool provided wasn't efficient. I ended up using my own tools and it went a lot more smoothly. So far they are holding up well.

A win for space saving, versatile counter seating. They are easy to put together and sturdy. Awesome price for a solid, classic product. I deducted one star as the walnut color I ordered looks more of a warm cherry tone. Since they were purchased for my daughter's apartment and she didn't object to the color, they are being put to good use.
