I love my new collection of baking pans. They are truly non-stick and bake exceptionally well. Things do not stick. I am very careful not to scratch or cut the surface. I bought a plastic knife to cut bars and cakes and use cup cake liners in the muffin pans. I have made cakes, coffee cakes, muffins and cookies on these pans and all have turned out very well. Because they are dark in color, reduce oven temperature by 25 degrees. You will not be disappointed with this set. I have had them for 2 months and hand wash them. I do not put any coated cook wear in the dishwasher. I don't trust my dishwasher.

They are sturdy, durable, and easy to clean! We've baked some cakes, brownies, and cookies so far with perfect perfect results. I would definitely recommend this set to any of my friends or family members.
