I ordered 3 pieces 8 x 2 inches around pans. These are perfect size for birthday layer cakes. Our cakes are baking evenly and not sticking. Highly recommend!!!

These are nice and heavy/sturdy compared to other similar sized aluminum pans I've had but compared to a similarly sized glass and aluminized steel pans the performance is lacking in that this one had uneven heat distribution burning the bottom and was more likely to stick.Would have given a 2 for the performance but gave a 3 for the sturdy construction.

I had trouble finding an 8 inch pan - most stores only have 9 inch. This was great! I oiled before baking and some cake stuck but washed off easily.
