I lost the one I had and replaced it with this one. A big pricey but when one is in a bind, what works may cost a bit more than it should. And it does work.

Many times, when I am on guided tours, the guide uses a system (generically called "Whisper", which is a brand name), where the guide has a microphone and transmitter, and the guests have receivers and either earbuds or small speakers that clip over the ear. When I asked in a support group if there was a way to stream the receiver's audio to my aids, someone suggested using telecoil support and a neck loop. Eureka! My aids do have telecoil support, but I needed them reprogrammed to add a setting enabling the telecoil. To my delight, this worked very well, with sound even better than I would get through the cheap earbuds or clip-on speaker, and I didn't have to worry about another thing hanging on my ear. My wife was envious (her aids don't have telecoil support) and if she gets new ones, I'll be ordering a second Williams neck loop for her.

We have a Williams hearing assist system with Williams packs. For people with hearing aids that are Telecoil comparable, plugging this loop into the Williams sound pack (receiver) allows for the hearing aids to receive the PA system microphone output directly into the hearing aid. Amazing technology and we are thrilled to have found it. NOTE: Not all hearing aids are comparable with Telecoil and Telecoil must be turned on by your audiologist.
