To the plethora of viewpoints here, I’ll just add: it works for us, since-thanks to inherited threat of diabetes lurking in the background- we generally don’t use a lot of sugar (coffee: milk only, thanx) except for some home baking. We found this allulose to be a satisfactory sub, mostly since it doesn’t contain maltodextrin (now showing up in Splenda and others we used to use.)

I'm so happy I discovered this product. It's the only way I sweeten my coffee now - 4 tsp and it's a perfect bit cup of coffee. I'm curious as to why they don't sell this in the stores though.

Good product. But I am just curious what does 8gram of sugar add mean mentioned at the very end of the nutrition label.

Use this to make keto ice cream. Cause the ice cream to stay creamy and scoopable. Wilk be buying again.

Pros: It's sweet. Cons: It's expensive, not anywhere near as sweet as regular sugar so you have to use more to get the same level of sweetness, use too much and it seems to introduce a sort of bitterness. Would I recommend it? If you absolutely can't use regular sweeteners, yes. I've tried the other alternative sweeteners like stevia, monkfruit and the artificial stuff, like those it can only mimic real sugar. This is the least offensive of the bunch if you use the right amount.

used 1/3 more than when I used sugar and the sweetness was great! Coffee and Whipped cream tasted great! WARNING: don't bake with it! if you do the result will taste great, however, eating a couple of the cupcakes upset my stomach

I really like this sweetener, but it is the 2nd time I have had one of the bottles leak. They just throw them in the box and the lids are not on tight. Safety sticker on top does not hold.
