Not pretty, but the largest size works reasonably well with over-the-ear aids, and if I wear lanyard and clip to front, it doesn't get in the way of sunglasses with lanyard down back.

So far it seems to be Wor with my 2 year old. Very discreet and practical. Not sure about durability yet.

Hated having airbud type hearing aids falling out of my ears. This kept them from hitting the ground or floor. Worked fine until the thin plastic clasp broke. Used a metal paper clip to replace the clasp so still usable.

The back clip broke, so now I use a safety pin to attach it to my clothes.

I purchased these for my grandfather who was afraid of losing his hear aids because he said that are really light and it made him nervous. With this cord, it has given him the confidence to wear his hearing aids all the time without having to worry about losing them. The clip is easy to use and sits nice and flat against any shirt. I can see this working for children as well. For the price, it is worth trying out.

After losing one hearing aid bought this to keep it from happening again. Seems like it will keep that from happening again. I like it

Comfortable. Lots better than the plastic cord ones.

It was easy to switch out the loops it came with for bigger ones and slip them over my husband's Oticon hearing aids. But at first we couldn't open the clip for fastening it to clothing. Finally we figured out that you raise the clip handle up (two clicks) instead of down. There were no instructions for using this device.

It meets my needs. I think the ends will get a bit loose after a while, so not sure how securely they will stay on.
