Have used this stuff in place of Dex 3 for over 100k miles on my daily (255k miles total), and on other vehicles calling for Mercon V for a combined 60k miles, both also with over 200k miles. Shifting stays solid and consistent across temps from dead cold to heavily loaded in 120F heatwaves. Fluid comes out nice and clear during drain and fills and oil analysis shows excellent wear protection. Also use it in power steering calling for ATF, with similar results of consistency and performance in a range of demanding conditions. Even relatively cold fluid quickly releases entrained air without foaming up and overflowing the reservoir during purging. Awesome and versatile transmission fluid, especially at this price.

There’s always a debateToyota Genuine vs. aftermarket ATF. After watching a bunch of YouTube reviews (because that’s how real research is done), I decided to go with this. Used it in my 4Runner and Lexus, and wowdriving feels silky smooth, like sliding on ice (but, you know, in a controlled way). No regrets! no issues on my cars for past 6 months
