After pre cleaning i realized I did not have scratches but chips. The tip for cleaning had a guard around it I could not get off and so could not be used without causing scratching. nbsp;But the real issue: nbsp; The paint was very watery. nbsp;I did not see an instruction to shake it-- but i did shake it a lot after first seeing how nearly clear and watery it was. nbsp;But the consistency never changed. nbsp;I did not do anything to my chips at all.
