Crisp and clear polka dots and sturdy plastic. I loved this. It made a great backdrop for our dessert table at my son's 1st birthday party.

Really cute design! Used it for a restaurant table for a surprise birthday dinner. It was really long so we cut it in half to use for 2 tables. Its reusable so I took it with me for future use.
