I use these drops in my flavored water along with the zinc drops. I know when I haven't taken these drops because I get leg and foot cramps at night. I currently take 24 or more drops of the non-concentrated form, so obviously this isn't the exact type, but I am sure it will work just as well by putting half the amount in each 40 ounce bottle of water I drink each day.
