They are fine! Not as good as Jovial Brand but they are ok. Not the best for leftovers as the pasta breaks down/gets grainy in a day.

I am so happy to find these, and the bulk packaging is the best deal price wise, the packages are 8oz so you need 2 boxes to make 1lb / 1 batch so its really 6 meals which is fine. received 7/24 and best by is 12/26 so i have time to make them which is great, they don't expire soon. they are the new packaging which has far less breakage. taste is very good and you can make a freeze with no issues.

I am in love with these shells. Tinkiada's pasta is so forgiving. It can sit around in water after being cooked and still be fine, not soggy. They can be overcooked and they're still not soggy. Great flavor!
