These are the best of all patches! They're very large, stay on allllll day, and relieve pain better than any of the others. I have tendonitis in my gluteus area, and these help me be able to sit to work.

These are my go-to after-gardening, lifting or otherwise straining my back. I appreciate their apparent lack of chemical painkillers and they definitely make a sore back tolerable. They're a little tricky getting on - so sticky! - so sometimes i need to use a couple on top of each other to hit the right place. because the first try didn't hit the right spot. But I don't find any fault with this - the pads need to be sticky to stay on (I wear them all night) and it's not always easy to get them to the right spot without curling up. I highly recommend these for sore backs and back strains.

These are quite large so I cut them in half and got double the usage! This was actually a reorder for me - liked them so much the first time!
