It is a very effective prodoct and allows me to reach those hard to get to knots around my shoulders and shoulder blades.

As a busy massage therapist, I often get trigger points (knots) in hard to reach places and the Thera Cane is PERFECT for reaching all of those areas! I adore this product and recommend it to anyone who wants to relieve tension and soreness, especially in hard to reach muscles. I use this product in between my regular massage appointments and it's a lifesaver for me!

This is my second Thera Cane, its works so well; I decided to get one to keep at work. I was skeptical about the extra $5 for the Trigger Point Reference laminate, it's much nicer than I imagined it would be and very informative.

Love this tool, can get all my trigger points. I don't have to rub my back on the door frame anymore. Great for gluts and QL's, as well as, traps.

I had developed upper back pain over the past years to the point of chronic aching everyday. It was horrible. My sister recommended this product. I was skeptical at first but noticed immediate results and immediate relief. I use it everyday and realize that I carry stress in certain areas of my back...which this product targets and massages away. It's painful like an aggressive massage can be at times but it is so worth it.

When I reported discomfort due to my ergonomic setup of my cubicle, the site nurse let me borrow a TheraCane. My cubicle 'neighbors' would see me massaging trigger points on my shoulders and back and would ask what it was like. Several asked to use it and we now pass it back and forth over the cube wall. We pretty much appropriated the TheraCane for our department. A couple of us even got one for ourselves to use at home.

I use TheraCane every day for my upper shoulder area. It is a great pain Reliever, the pain just dissapears. I also use it on my arm, and upper thigh area to relieve titeness and pain. TheraCane is a great cronic pain management tool which I recommend to anyone having to suffer from cronic pain. It will make your day more pleasent and painfree.

Since I have cut back on my regular massages, I thought the Theracan would be a good tool to help with my muscle tension between sessions. It works! The knobs really get deep into my pressure points and release most of the tension. While it is no replacement for a massage - it really helps keep my back and neck loose. I also used it on an issue with my hip, I was able to pinpoint the problem areas and within a few days the pain is gone.

This item is so very simple really yet it is highly effective in reaching and therapeutically applying the need pressures to the required parts of the body. We are REALLY glad that we purchased the Thera-Cane. We use it every day.

I am very happy with my Thera Cane. When I am alone and need knotted muscles cared for I just place the proper Thera Cane ball on the spot and hold it there until the muscle releases. This is an incredible product.

I put the TheraCane on my wishlist for Christmas. My best friend didn't know why I wanted it, but was kind enough to buy it for me anyway. When I unwrapped it Christmas morning, I was so excited, everyone wanted to know what I was going on about. After I got the first use of it - I'm like that about new things - I shared with my friend and her family. They each were skeptical, and each in turn were surprised and declared they must have one too. This product has helped with my shoulder, neck and back pains and alleviated a lot of the stress points I have. I keep it close to my computer at home for anytime I feel a need for it.

Wonder product. Had one for many years - lent it to a friend and never got it back. Finally gave up and purchased a new one. Same wonderful relief - hard to believe the pressure that you get on the muscles with very little arm and hand pressure. Would recommend to anyone who needs a good massage.

I purchased the Theracane along with The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook and found substantial relief. I had mild numbness in my arm and had pain in my neck and shoulders. I had been to physical therapy for a number of weeks but didn't get much relief. I used the cane with the help of the workbook and have relieved the pain and numbness. I still get knots, but am able to work on them and get relief before they get to the point of being unmanagable. I do wish the cane was made of a different material as it doesn't glide as smoothly as I would like for it to, but for the price and weight it works pretty good. Anyone with knots, this along with the Workbook are a "must have".

I was a little hesitant to order the Thera Cane, but it was the BEST purchase I had made for myself all year. I even ordered one for my sister in law, she also loves it. I just logged onto order one for my best friend and noticed the price has gone up a little and they are now out of stock. I think they are worth it, it is cheaper than going for a massage. I get frequent tension headaches, over the counter pain medicine doesn't work for me. I now use this Thera Cane to apply pressure on my tight shoulders and it helps relieve my head ache. I drink plenty of water afterwards as recommended after you get a professional massage.
