Mission: To initiate positive change on behalf of individuals with developmental disabilities by voicing their needs to the community, creating new choices for living, learning, and participation, and, ensurng the highest quality of life possible.

Programs: Family outreach - to provide information and support for families of individuals with developmental disabilities to enhance involvement in a variety of community based programs in education, recreation, etc.

training and advocacy - to provide training and advocate for children and adults with developmental disabilities with the vision of a community that values and supports these people.

assisted technology services - to enhance practical applications of advanced technologies for the benefit of citizens with disabilities.

weber gallery - to provide an outstanding and inclusive art venue for talented local, regional, and national artists, and, simultaneously, to achieve full inclusion, empowerment, and value for artists with disabilities in the community of artistic excellence.
