Taylor Products are very good. Buying and replacing pool season to pool season is best for effectiveness when testing the chemical balance of the pool. This R00012 is a great product. It's nice that it comes in a larger size bottle. We have been using this product for our fairly new salt water pool and it has been great!. It can be used in a chlorine pool as well. The readings are always right on point.
