No issues with the delivery and install was as easy as a toilet can be. Flush strength is so much better than our contractor installed toilets and uses less water. Washer feature is just like what we used in Japan. Will be buying more as soon as we move some electrical plugs.

It's a nice toilet- worth the extra money. Powerful flush with a rimless bowl for easy cleaning. If I have a complaint, I would say the Polypropylene seat feels a little cheap for this expense. It does have the slow decent. Really glad I made the purchase and bought another for my guest bathroom.

Great support. Great product. Definitely would buy from again. FEDEX played soccer with my toilets and I had no issues getting replacements. Recommend purchasing from this business.

Works great for flushing those MASSIVE LOGS that small children are somehow able to produce. The flush is really super powerful. Pretty easy to clean, though I'm not sure the special coating does anything, as "bits" seem to stick to it just as frequently as with every other toilet I've ever used. Easy to install, using a traditional wax ring means no leaks as long as you do the job right, and our water bill appreciates the lower usage. Get this toilet, it's the one the plumbers love over on the Terry Love forums as well. No crap!

Very efficient...flush cleaning system much improved over a "traditional" toilet. First two toilets were received broken/shattered...went with the "third time is the charm" theory and was successful.

We replaced two older toilets that were lacking in the flushing power department and are very pleased with these. Couple them with an attachable bidet and your ass will love you forever!

Absolutely the best toilets we have owned. Our home is on a low producing water well and we have concerns over water usage, but having a low usage toilet that would require multiple flushes is not a water savings. We have several of these toilets and one flush without fail does the trick. Installation was very easy, too.

The function is terrific. and the whole reason I went with a Toto Drake. The solid contents will flush first followed by the rest of the bowl water. The comfort of the seat is different than expected as it is not the wide flat seats. It has more of a curved edge and a smaller diameter. It took a little getting used to, but now we do not notice it. Easy to clean as well. Very sturdy fixture.

Don't suggest buying it online I ordered three they all came shattered. Go to Ferguson and pick it up there. Good luck.
