Switch must be installed into a flush mounted electrical box (which is a really snug fit). I couldn't make it work adapting it to my saw due to its cutout creating too much space between the pushbutton and the switch to activate it. Hours wasted spending time trying. Really tight fit in a single gang electrical box. Switch works fine if the spacing between the pushbutton and the unit is very close. Bought a Shop Fox to get working again.

I used this on my Craftsman 113.29950 table saw. It is actually quite the upgrade to the existing paddle switch that came on a lot of those saws. It is wired for 220V 20A circuit. This fits in a standard gang box, but I made a custom hard maple box that would be thicker and hold up better to me smacking the paddle to turn the saw off over time.I am not an electrician, but you don't need a super deep understanding of how electrical circuits work to install this thing. Just watch a YouTube video and read the tool manual and you will be fine.

It works well on my old table saw. It is nice to have the paddle to turn the saw off and keep your hands on your work. A couple installation issues, you will need a deep box or extended cover to provide enough room inside the box. The screws to mount it to the box did not fit the standard treads. I pulled the mounting screws off an unused outlet to mount it to the box. The screws to attach the wires are small for a 20amp fixture, get the crimp on spade wire terminals.

Even with the old unit to use as a guide, it was an hour or so before this bozo could figure out how to install it. Others may find it easier.

I used this on an old Craftsman table saw. I used a deep 4 square electrical box with a single-gang cover to mount the switch. Now I can turn off the saw with a nudge of my knee. Just what I wanted at a reasonable price.
