They certainly do the trick, so I can't complain. Just wish the perforations were better. May look for a different brand next year.

Just taking these out of the pack and the first sheet is stained! I noticed the stain on the front of the package when I received but didn't think nothing of it. I just noticed the little tiny holes on the front, so whatever they wasted soaked through. Now I'm down 1 form.

I sent a poor review in error earlier today. I don't know how to take it back. I didn't see the envelopes in the shrink wrapped package and thought they were not sent. This was an error - everything was there as promised.

It was fine for the 1099 NEC but 1096 was not included.
