They are envelopes! As such, they work well... as envelopes! They have two windows, designed for the specific forms listed. The adhesive works fine, so there's no problem with these. However, a side note: when printing the W2 forms, many people use PDFs or other formats to print these. By default, Acrobat and some other programs (Preview, on the Mac) will select "fit to page" rather than "100" size. If you use fit to page, it actually prints something like 97 of actual size. Not a very noticeable difference... until you fold the papers precisely in half and discover that the fields do not line up properly in the windows! I had to fold each form slightly off, leaving about an eighth of an inch more in the top half than the bottom, and then using the bottom address rather than the top, to fit the addresses into the window area. Don't make that mistake! These forms were printed by our accountant's staff, who should have known better. Make sure you print the forms at 100 "actual size" and you will not have any problems at all!
