This is the exact same equipment I use in physical therapy at Wellness Center Pool. The resistance I gain using these paddles is a great help to my recovery. They will last long, are easy to use and worth every penny.

Works exactly as intended. I do water therapy and these were suggested by my therapist. The ability to change resistance is a big plus.

I always use these at the gym now I bought them sit my vacations. Great way to avoid shoulder surgery . Great therapy on my shoulder and arms.

These are a great alternative to water barbells for certain exercises. Pretty decent resistance with the fan closed all the way.
