I bought this to have an extra bit of safety for myself and my lone retail workers at my business. I looked into a ton of various options and this one was the most interesting because of its portability and ease of use. Settings it up was extremely quick and easy and it feels so good to know that we can have help on the way quickly and discreetly if ever necessary! Depending on how this works out for us over time, I may explore the Premium options available but for now having a few contacts works perfectly for us. Grateful to have this option!nbsp;

Had the previous model and had to upgrade to newer version. Love the no monthly fee, the accuracy of the mapping and that you can program it to call caregiver instead of emergency services. This alert/panic button works off of your cell phone, so you aren't tethered to any location. My mother can activate it wherever she is, and the mapping allows me to easily find her. There are no additional fees for activation or outside monitoring. The only thing I find frustrating is if she forgets to charge, they sometimes become un-paired, and she needs help re-pairing them.

I purchased two of these for my elderly wife and her even older cousin. I had some trouble getting everything working properly on the app. When I finally did we discovered how difficult it was for elderly fingers to press the two buttons on the beacon. Customer support, which is in the U.S., was very good but there was nothing they could do about my problem. I will give this a 4 because of the difficult buttons.
