I purchased two of these for my elderly wife and her even older cousin. I had some trouble getting everything working properly on the app. When I finally did we discovered how difficult it was for elderly fingers to press the two buttons on the beacon. Customer support, which is in the U.S., was very good but there was nothing they could do about my problem. I will give this a 4 because of the difficult buttons.

I had the original silent beacon and it would not stay connected to my phone. Due to the features and great customer service, I decided to try again with the Gen 2. It worked great for several months and then didn't work at all. 1 quick call with customer service and an exchange was on it's way! No problems with the replacement! Great company and product!

I can’t believe how much the Silent Beacon Panic Button saved me! So, I was walking home late one night when I noticed someone following me. I started to get that gut feeling, so I pressed the panic button on my Silent Beacon, and within seconds, it sent out alerts to my emergency contacts with my location. I even used the 2-way call feature to quickly contact a friend. The situation got intense, but knowing I had backup literally at the press of a button helped me stay calm, and I got to safety.The device itself is super easy to use and totally discreet, which I love. Plus, it’s rechargeable and has multiple alert modes, so you can customize it for whatever you need. I keep mine on my keychain, but you can wear it too. Honestly, it's more than just peace of mindit could actually save your life. If you want something that’s reliable and doesn’t break the bank, I can’t recommend this enough!

So far so good. But the GPS tracker doesn't show the position of the device. It's alert function works fine. Battery life is great.
