This rain jacket worked great in Alaska climate end of May/beginning of June. Rain beaded up and did not penetrate the coat's outer material and the fleece insulation was the perfect amount of warmth without a lot of bulk. A good value compared to other more expensive brands in my opinion.

The jacket is nice for the spring or fall. It is well made but is NOT waterproof . I wore it out in the rain and got soaked. It has a nice hood and has a light lining on the inside. Overall im happy with it I only wish I had gotten a darker color. I got the light blue color and it shows the dirt easily.

Used this jacket when I went to Iceland recently, and it was pouring. Good jacket, I did not get wet. I usually wear L, but opted for XL for layers. Worked well.
