Mission: Educational and public service

Programs: To foster the preservation, welfare, and advancement of boat safety, proper boat usage, boat maintenance, and all related and interrelated matters. To discover, procure, and preserve whatever may be related to the advancement and training of persons using boats, including inspections and cooperation with governmental and non-governmental bodies.
