Mission: Rescue rehabilitate and re-home donkeys and mules which have been abandoned, abused, or taken to auction for slaughter

Programs: 33 animals were rescued from shelters, auctions or abandonment;8 who had been previously placed were return due to owners lack of income or inability to care for the

animal: 12 had severe medical concerns which needed attention: 40 were adopted to permanent homes: and 15 remained at the rescue on 12/31/2016
