Bought this for $33 back in 2015 and have used this a few times every 2-3 months for hot pot (we love hot pot!). Perfect size for two, and it heats broth pretty quickly for its size. This weekend we finally tried the bbq/grill pan attachmentnot sure why it took us so long to try kbbq (Korean bbq) on this thing! Cooks meat quickly, non stick, and keeps oil splatters to a minimum. We used to have a large, flat griddle we used for kbbq, but it drove my husband crazy because of all the splatter. This little thing worked so well in place of the griddle! We love this shabu shabu/hot pot wonder!

Okay i used it. Didnt want store away months to find out doesnt work. Anyway at frist, i was like man i cant get any food out with spoon. Then i remove the uvex container hold the strainer. Duh.. Works great. I did use extension cord since cord is short and would reach wall on my dinning table heats fast. Seem auto shut when hut dail set on. I recommend have a wet rag near by clean up quick messies. I also have air purier and fan going n9 linger smells or to hot summer cooking. This will the go yo during winter time. I use pre made broth.package i pick up asian market, added some garlic gloves and pepper and vietnamese fish sauce as it looking bland. Turn out great. Dont forget peanut peanut sauce. Also got pre made just add aome chilli.oil dipping sauce with some sort garlic connoction they had..
