I love these pens and I haven't been using all of them since I recently purchased them but the green pen stopped clicking/retracting and I used it for a day. I never had that issue before (I've purchased these pens before) so I'm not sure if its a manufacturing issue but the pen is of no use. I hope the others work properly because they are really good pens. I tried fixing it but I've had no luck =(

When you are writing with them they skip. Think they just got too hot somewhere or something.

I keep a handwritten itinerary and take notes in a grid style notebook. So, I write a lot. I hate skipping pens, so I've often used a digital version on my Samsung tablet that I created in the Samsung Notes app. I really love using that SPen because the sensation is SO smooth, it makes it a joy to write. Until these pens! Yeah, they do skip at bit at first, but when they start writing, OMG! It's just as smooth as on a tablet! The ink flow is perfect once it gets going. I don't think I'll ever change brands now.

I was so excited to see these were on sale because I’ve bought other Paper Mate pens and loved them. But these are awful. Every single one writes like it’s about to be out of ink despite the fact that they’re new. I tried cleaning the writing tips to see if that would help but it didn’t. They go out while I’m writing constantly. When I bought them they were on sale for $7, normally they’re almost $20. Glad I didn’t waste more money on them.

I’m extremely picky about the pens that I use. I only will purchase the 1.4 mm ball paper, mate profile pens. You won’t catch me purchasing any other pen!!

But why do they need the little cover(?) over the tip? I’ve never experienced leaking from this brand.

I love these pens but the constantly act like they run out of ink but they're full!! So I gotta put a lighter to the tip and scribble but it's soon annoying!!
