I like the package and product as always. I have recommended other as well.works well for all types of Home-Made-Bread, Pizza , etc/expiration date is not clear/vague. Regretfully I am unable to add a photo/image

I've used SAF yeast for decades. It always does the job, and the bread rises well. I ordered it in October, 2023, and the expiration date was 07/2025, so I have almost two years to use it. Recommended.

If you store it correctly it will never go bad. Never fail. Store in airtight container in freezer. I learned this from King Arthur Flour baking classes. Id never buy anything else.

The last time I bought this, I emptied the opened package into a mason car and kept it in the fridge. Toward the end of the jar I ended up having to use slightly more than the bread recipes called for because it was TWO YEARS OLD!! I hope this new package has the same kind of longevity! I will never use any other yeast.

Add the yeast to the dough, add water and turn on the mixer. No proofing needed.

I use a lot of different yeast with many of fell not with this yeast haven't fell yet I'am not Betty Crocker my Bread Machine knead my Bread for me out all the ingredients together spread this yeast on top once out of the Bread Machine out it in a big wide bowl in 40 - 45 minutes your Bread has RISEN it's all in the yeast

This yeast is ACTIVE and FLAVORFUL. I used to work in a restaurant that baked bread daily and I finally just figured Id buy this huge bag of yeast and try it. AMAZING! Gorgeous flavor and it is so reliable. You could have a baguette in two hours tops with this. Itll last you forever theres a ton of yeast in it.

I have used this product for many years. I put it in the freezer to keep it fresh. I use it mainly for breads, pizza dough etc. Works great every time,has never failed...Would definitely buy again and recommend..
