I bake bread a couple of times a week and pizza dough every other week, so a good fast-acting yeast is imperative. SAF does the job.

Great product it was a bit difficult to open, but that's a good sign that the yeast was sealed fresh. Once opened, the vacuum seal released. Stores for a very long while in the freezer. Very satisfied!

I've bought this before, and I've had to make sure that I retrieve the package before it sits in my mailbox too long. This package arrived at about 11 am, and it was 97 in my mailbox, but the yeast was not damaged.I vacuum seal the package and store most of it in the freezer after it has been opened. I keep a small jar in the freezer for frequent use as well.

I like this brand and have used it before but when it arrived the airtight seal was compromised. At the time I didn't see any leakage or opening so I didn't return it. I don't get to use it until recently. Though it works some it is not very frothy. Dissatisfied!

This instant yeast works every time. It has gotten more expensive, but still worth it.The expiration date was one year from now, so all good.

I purchased this yeast to go with a new bread machine. Both the yeast and the machine produced perfect results.It is a lot of yeast, so I'm going to keep most of it in the freezer so it doesn't get old. Very happy with it.

My absolute favorite yeast to use when baking bread. I keep in in the freezer and it lasts a long time. I put it in an airtight container.
