I've had this product for 4 -5 years and used it once per year to carry luggage for 7 adults on a week-long trip. I've used it on a Honda Odyssey, a 2019 Ford Explorer, and a 2023 Chevy Suburban. It kept the contents safe, dry, and secure on every trip, without issue. I will soon be replacing it with a larger product (26 cu. ft. vs. 18 cu. ft.) from another manufacturer, because I want more waterproof rooftop cargo capacity for my 2023 Suburban. If Rightline made a 26 cu. ft. Rooftop carrier, I'd buy it. The quality of this one is excellent.

The first time I used it I ended up with three inches of water inside. The velcro that holds the flap down that covers the zipper heads just came right off. It was only glued on and that didn't hold at all.
