LOVE THESE! They make great gifts for those who love to bake! I've been using my first one that came to me from Europe over 20 years ago. I couldn't find them locally. Mine was a gift. They are SOOOOO much better than silipat. It's cheap to try out and you'll be glad you did!

I was specifically looking for a liner like this. I have been using non-stick liners for years and used to be able to buy a roll of them and then cut to size. A few years ago much thicker ones hit the market. These are OK, except that they have fibers that will unravel, as well as absorbing anything that is put on them. After buying several different ones I was happy to find these. They are thinner and more pliable. I use them to line bread pans, up over the sides, which they do well at. I also cut them to go in the bottom of cake pans and bread pans. I'm going to be buying more of these and get rid of the thicker ones I've gotten. I am still using some of the thinner ones from 10 years ago.
