I've been ordering this chlorella / spirulina for several months. I've noticed an improvement in energy, and also take it for a gentle \"detox\". I give my kids a smaller dose, and they do well with it. Chlorella does increase photosensitivity, so we don't use it during the summer. Will definitely continue using in the fall and winter months!
